Having Fun while Giving Back
The Krispy Kreme Doughnut Dash is a non-profit event presented by Brown
Mackie College — Birmingham and Pepsi benefiting Children's of Alabama.
Inspired
by the original Krispy Kreme Challenge in Raleigh, NC, participants will complete a four-mile run and
eat a dozen Krispy Kreme Doughnuts in one hour or less. Runners will start at Railroad Park in downtown Birmingham,
run two miles to Children's Hospital where they will eat a dozen doughnuts, then
run back along the same route and finish back at Railroad Park.
Not
up for eating a dozen doughnuts? No problem. Runners may register in the Casual Runner division and eat one, none, or some
doughnuts, and take the rest home to enjoy. New in 2014 - A 1 mile fun run! Run 1 loop around Railroad
Park and get a doughnut at the halfway point to build your energy
back up.
All profits from this race will be donated to Children's of Alabama.
The Krispy
Kreme Doughnut Dash is not operated by Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation or its affiliates. The Krispy Kreme trademark and
